One Australian agency will head to London to receive its Stevie Awards at the 2018 International Business Awards in October.

Biggin & Scott Knox was named the winner of the Gold Stevie Award in the Company of the Year category, but that was not its only award.

The company also won the Silver Stevie for Customer Service Department of the Year, and the Bronze Stevie was awarded to Danelle Hunter, managing director of Biggin & Scott Knox, as well as Anna Thomas.

The Stevie Award Competitions, named after Stephen which derives from the Greek word for “crowned”, is in its 15th year and has received more than 3,900 nominations from organisations of all sizes across the world.

Danelle Hunter, one of the six female franchisees in the network, said that it was an honour to win the award.

“Apart from winning the Bronze Stevie, which is absolutely an honour, I am quite simply so proud of my team and the achievement of winning not one but two more awards with the Gold Stevie for Company of the Year and Silver Stevie for Customer Service Department of the Year,” the MD said.

The awards are determined by the average scores of more than 270 executives worldwide, and president and founder of the awards Michael Gallagher said that the bar was raised for finalists this year.

“We raised the minimum average score from the judges required to qualify as a Stevie winner, so 2018 winners should be especially proud of their achievements,” Mr Gallagher said.

The Stevies are the latest in a stellar year of awards for Biggin & Scott Knox, who also won the 2017 REIV Customer Service Award and the 2017 AREA Excellence in Customer Service Award.
